Ackcio is bringing to the mining market the ability to collect data with their battery operated mesh network (Ackcio BEAM), that previously would have been too difficult to access from a cost or infrastructure perspective. 

Their solution is targeted at taking away the difficulties surrounding automated data collection in a hostile mining environment, making it easier to get reliable, real-time data.

MDT have partnered with Ackcio to develop a plug and play node capable of supporting up to 4 SMART instruments (MPBX or Cables). Simply plug the instruments in, configure the node using the intuitive Ackcio nimbus tablet application – and data can be fed to surface reliably in real time over the Ackcio BEAM network.

Their solution is also compatible with a wide range of third party data presentation platforms.
