For continuous monitoring from MDT SMART instruments, our SMARTLog data loggers and SMART BLT devices are essential pieces of kit that provide a more complete data set and picture of how the rock mass is moving with time.

SMARTLog data loggers are compact robust devices with plug and play connections to MDT instruments. Simply configure with the SMART App, cable tie in place, and start them with the single button operation.

When you’re ready the SMART App is then used to download the data, storing it within the on-board database.

SMART BLT devices also allow for continuous monitoring, when the ‘Drive-Mode’ within the SMART App is used.

Simply activate Drive-Mode and go for a spin – the app will systematically connect to any and all SMART BLT devices once in range and automatically request a new data point, which it will save automatically in the database.
